Can one use the word "arse" on CR4. I'm really not sure (please edit this to "bottom" if it's offensive). It's usually quite OK in Britland. It's much the same physio as for any other hernia (provided it is not already strangulated). Using a finger, massage them back in - gently - using a lubricant - 'smooth' the (or each) 'bubble' past the sphincter muscle, press out the fluid, hold for a moment longer then carefully withdraw, taking care the 'bubble' does not follow. Perform once or twice a day, until tissue is retrained/retained.

Basically all the 'shop stuff' is, is anesthetic. Eventually, if they become strangulated, surgery is the 'cure'.
