Hi Propel,

I doubt it very much.

It depends on the particular job and the type & size of the machine, I think it's back to a stopwatch and time & motion study of each different job on the machine.

If it is the one machine and the same operator, he could advise you, unless of course you are trying to assess his productivity.

From your threads, you seem to be trying to "sort out" the whole company, with, by the sound of it, little experience.

Take one job at a time and when that's done, analyse the results, gauge to success and then move on to the next.

By the sound of the various questions you are asking you might not be the most popular person in your company, depending on what you find and what you do to implement any changes.

Best of luck,

John

It is very difficult to say, as the facility's Procedures Manual cannot be seen from here. Inside that document would be the first, and best, place to look for it.

?

www.cnc-academy.com/cncprogrammingcourses.htm

This CNC course teaches the methods of CNC Programming, setting and operations

Perhaps to save real money, if not yet:

consider a GT ECL Ground-Loop hybrid process cooling system without a chiller or tower or wasting city water :)
