Like minds?

07/05/2007 8:57 AM

I once read that Scientist were polled to find their number one favorite sci-fi movie. "Blade Runner" came out on top.

What is the favorite movie of Engineers?

I cast my vote for Metropolis (1927).

Any takers?

Very noir...

If you want something really noir, let me recommend you the French movie Delikatessen (1990)! GREAT!!!!!

Yeah, I saw that, but I wasn't going to make a big deal of it. This IS an awfully long thread.

I concur with the votes for Brazil. The bureaucracy cracks me up. Terry Gilliam is my kind of madman. Although I couldn't finish watching Tideland. Too disturbing. I think it was Gilliam's 8 1/2. Even still, I kind of wish he hadn't made it.

I tried to rent Roxanne with Steve Martin and Darryl Hannah what a great flick. I just thought of Sean of the Dead that was good tonite I rented Idiocracy its a comedy I'll post something about probably if it warrants anything and someone said something about the green door.

I was always curious about that movie that and the Debbie Dallas movies I think the I'd like the sound tracks and stories for both of them.

I read penthouse for the political articles there quite good, LOL. And my last post wasn't tame enough I need to uphold my log in name though.

And hey what about the time when good is bad and bad is good mumbo jumbo for those of the left handed right religious following. (<--- vague and uninteresting last comment)
