Very cool, but I'm wondering how "11 Months, 3,000 Pictures and a Lot of Coffee" became '11,000 photographs'. Typo?

Well I wouldn't call it a terrifying end but rather disappointing. 11 months of work and he still ended up with a Little bitty four cylinder!

Or I could say that if he put the camera down he probably could have knocked that whole job out in one good day.

Personally I would have spent a week and took 50 pictures and put a V8 in it myself! At least the dual exhaust would have been justified then.

Yup, that was cool.
Even simple photos or video clips and a bit of blogging is time consuming, so kudos to the guy for seeing it through.

Brings back memories. I've had three Spitfires, though I never took one that much apart. It was nice to lift the hood up to work on the engine, but the U-Joints on the rear axle were a real pain.
