They are being thick...

Maybe just ask for a 1KW inverter (volts x amps) but you may need to go over to account for switch on surges etc.... so maybe go for a 1.5 KW or 2KW.

Or maybe they want a part number???

Hello moh_89

You don't give your location (You may do that in your Profile, should you wish), so it's difficult to advise you re a "Part Number".

You do not advise what load (Equipment) you have to connect to the 220 Volt AC output of the inverter.

Certain Equipment MUST REQUIRE SINE WAVE AC for proper operation: Computers, Medical Equipment, Microwave Oven and so on.

Some Equipment is able to use the cheaper Square Wave inverter: Universal (series wound brush type motor tools = Power tools = Electric Drills, sanders and the like.

If you advise your location + the equipment you want to connect, it may be possible to properly help you.

Reply here please.

Kind Regards....

That may be a pretty tough critter to find in that you are putting in 960 watts and getting out 880 watts. That would be an efficiency of 92%. I believe that is really pushing the envelope.
