Hidden Talent

My field is not computer programming but I have a lot of experience and confident

in solving problems logically .My organisation needs excellent computer programming

in ERP developemnt and I am confident in this regard .But perhaps main hurdle is

the organisational rule in revising salary which I deserve .I want not build career in computer programming but earn money .Management knows my CV in which computer

software developemnt has been mentioned .

I think it seems to be illogical to discuss with the management
