UNITRONICES V350

hi everybody good morning.i need one help from you.i using unitronices Plc model 350v.that running is very fine .i want to do dowen loading from plc.i have software tools.but can't connect from plc to pc .please tell me about this communication.

I would suspect the Unitronics FAQ page would be a good place for you to supply more information regarding this trouble.

Was it working and stopped, or have they never communicated correctly?

[edit] I now see AP #1 provided a link to the home page for them. I should have supported the comment in #1, as that advice is nearly identical to mine.
