It's a Foot Pound Second brick.

An English/Indian term for a brick.

Search for "foot pound second brick".

FPS bricks means the sizing of bricks would be in inches... The most common size is 9" x 4-1/2" x 3". .....An MKS or standard brick would size 200 mm x 100 mm x 75 mm....
