Dry Type Tafo

is it possible to prove OLTC in dry type transformer?

if not why?Please explain.

You should be able to prove the existence of OLTC in a dry type transformer by opening the enclosure.

The OLTC will either be present or it won't.

On Load Tap Changer OLTC) as opposed to a No Load Tap Changer (NLTC). The devices are used on large power transformers to adjust the output voltage and/or phase shift relationship of the transformer. On Load means that the tap position can be changed while the transformer is carrying load current, No Load means the opposite.

It is possible OLTC in dry trasfo , if we can control the arc during tap changing
