Can Valves Improve the World?

Toyota is asking the public how to adapt its technologies to improve the world in its "ideas for good" campaign. In a series of TV commercials, the company asks viewers how its automotive technology can be adapted for more philanthropic uses. Valve technology is already making a difference in the everyday lives of people around the world, but can it do more? How can valves improve the world?

Not even close. But then again you might have a point. Getting rid of some parts has been good for some. Too early to publish but I am interested in what others have come up with. I have time and don't think this has been tried before.
