Originally we were just going to block out the windows for the "heavy cloud" simulation, but we still had money in the budget, that we had to use up, so we bought 1000 of those disco fog machines.

Accidental deployment of the military's new air-to-ground non-lethal weapon system.

People still complain that the bubbles are too dangerous to be used on civilians.

The new concept in "stealth maintenance". Only the technicians actually know what they are doing.

Or

"Security nighmare. Where are those insurgents?"

Or

"I dropped the #$^%^ keys. OH %^& when will this stuff clear."

I told you if you run the air conditioning system on high in a building this size you have to run the ceiling fans too or severe condensation stratification will occur.

The Navy's new multi-million dollar fire extinguisher system was tested successfully today with one small glitch, the engineers forgot to include a shutoff valve, or area specific control...General Broadbottom was heard to say," I don't know how they expect us to operate on this reduced trillion dollar budget. We need more money!"

Inspector: I'm impressed.

Inspector: I'll pay for a recharge of the system.

Vendor: No, you have to explain to the base commander why you pulled the fire alarm.
