Marjorie was having trouble getting her husband to lift his feet as she vacuumed around him.

Strangely the new Robot Vac has no such difficulties!

Roomba as mice killer experiment partial success. One downside. It only works on mobility impaired mice. S.M.

It looks a bit steampunk, so, oh, at a guess it must be PlbMak's new prototype carrot-dicer.

Used to work right down the street from them in Cincinnatti, at a company called Access Corp. (we called it 'Abscess'). Every so often bits of stuff would fly out of P&G's flues, settle on employees' cars parked outside and etch holes in the paint. And there's nothing quite like the scent of rendered tallow wafting on the breeze. Kind of like what you'd smell if you scorched a bar of Dove hand soap and then stuck your face in it. Wonderful.

I used to wake up of a morning and think, "Somebody just kill me, please."

Thank goodness for good coffee, ay?

I hear ya, I'm from Green Bay, WI, home of a lot of paper mills.........

There was actually a commercial in the 60's I believe that compared their TP with the competitors that went something like this:

"And ours don't give you slivers", and with the process that was being used, it wasn't too far off. I think I may have seen it on the History Channel or something.

I think they were bought out by it's competitors.

The Green Bay Packers were hot stuff in the late sixties. I remember! Dad was NOT a Packers' fan (I was) and he'd get all pissed and start cursing when they scored - that's how I kept track when I wasn't in the room hehee!
