Well!!! MaggieMc, not hazarding my guess quite yet...

this latest "Guess the Architecture" attacks my interpenetrated and cubist mind, not unlike meeting Paolo Soleri for the very first time in Arizona as a kid! I still cherish the Christmas card he hand drew and colored for me, before he embarked upon building Arcosanti up the road a piece.

Now mind you MaggieMc... I will get to the bottom quotient of this jigsaw rolled into a puzzle and wrapped in a conundrum!

I have a small observation which may help give others perspective: I think we are viewing a larger building through a smaller "tunnel"; the tree, if that's what it is, is visible on both sides, at the end of the left hand wall of the tunnel.

We haven't had many total failures.

Did you really need to download that drawing?

I had this dream that everything was melting, just like that famous Dali painting.

Last week’s structure was ‘Zero’ by Snøhetta. Presented at Milan Design Week in 2011, the installation experimented with materiality. According to designboom, the concept for the marble cube originated at a marble quarry, specifically where a tunnel opened into a larger room.

Oh...

Yeah...

That was gonna be my guess, but I thought it was too obvious.

Well... it was a very tough exercise,

but a very good example of interpenetration in design concepts. Keep them coming,

as I find this particular venue very interesting and certainly not a 'fail'.
