Sometimes when I am stuck in traffic, I daydream about having something like this, that or a flying car.

Maybe letting women join the AFL-CIO wasn't such a good idea after all.

(Just kidding!! Hi, Sue!)

Makes me think of a Stephen King novel; Duma Key, only the crushing came in from the passenger side.

That IS the passenger side in 55(?) countries around the world which include:-

UK, Ireland, Most of Africa, Japan, Australia, N.Zealand, Malaysia, India, and Pakistan!!!

Never forget, the whole known world in Roman times drove on the left, I believe it was a little French A******E around 1800 that convinced many countries to change side......because he was the Boss!!

Where he was not the boss stayed left!!

Because he was a southpaw and unusually fought with his sword in his left hand. Generally left-handed swordsmen fight with their right hand so they don't kill their mates standing next to them and don't leave an undefended gap in the line.

Of course, this left his men at a disadvantage....

The Roman way make much more sense...

Very well,(clicking heels with salute). Leftenant Behind, raise the flag please, and be quick about it. No, you've got it wrong, it's upside down! Climb back up and correct it immediately, the colonials are watching.

What was that muttering about "half mast"?
