I have an agreement with sharks - I don't go into the sea and they don't go onto the bar.

I have an agreement with the railway. but it is safer to use tracks after a visit to the bar.

Is that a speed camera on the stand in front of us? (I'll bet there's a cop up that side line just waiting for us to speed by.)

The service crew for Bucharest subway has something like this and uses it during maintenance.

Also there is this one at Sinaia train station: http://www.panoramio.com/photo/50638325

used for personal transportation. This is what you get when you are comunist leader.

I agree that this is not very caption worthy - rail service trucks with retractable guide wheels for the rails are very common in my area (Minnesota and North Dakota, US).

I actually spent some extra time looking at the picture to try to see what I was missing.

Here are a couple links if anyone is interested in the equipment used on these trucks.

Very common elsewhere too - I have just missed being hit by the local RR service truck 3 times in 10 years on my way to work. I cross a nearly blind crossing and the truck driver does not see a need to "whistle" at the crossing.

It's apparent that the only other choice in photo's was from CR4's vulgar and obscene collection.

...of course you can really see what's going on in the back of the truck..

Looks like this railroad needs to hire more supervisors.

You would think after 30 minutes he would have figured out they dump gravel in the switch gear is why it won't work.

Should we tell him?

Heck no I don't want to shovel it out.
