Although the Diesel ignition process has proven to be more efficient for converting chemical fuel energy into mechanical motion than typical external combustion processes have shown so far it has proven to be a less than satisfactory alternate method of heating foodstuffs than the typical application of external combustion we are more familiar with.

I fixed my pressure cooker so that the steam doesn't escape. At least it worked for awhile!
