You can't fine me. The Home Owner's Association rules clearly state that at night I can not have any cars parked in the driveway or on the grass. ... I don't.

Make sure that your mechanic gets all of the summer air out of your tires, and refills them with proper winter air. Sure, it costs a bit more, but it's worth it.
